TERMS OF USE
From hence forth the terms 'we', 'us', the 'team', 'Teenage Chat' or the 'owner'
indicate the owner of Teenage Chat and people that he has places in various
positions in either Teenage Chat or community.
The owner hereby grants himself and his employees the rights to make any
changes, modifications and updates to this document and any other documents
mentioned or attached to it at any time with or without any notification.
By registering to this community you agree that you are aware of all sections of
the terms and conditions and any and all documents mentioned or included in it
and that you give and hold all the rights as indicated by the terms of use and all
other documents mentioned or attached to it, from now on mentioned as 'terms'.
1. Rules of conduct
1. A) Registration
Note that during registration and every consequent login /sign in to our
community you agree that you will add/ maintain proper and true details about
yourself. Including your e-mail address. This is used to verify the account owner
if you forget your password. You will not upload any pictures that are not
rightfully yours or not of you and that you will not misrepresent yourself as
someone else.
You agree to keep your login details safe from the moment of your registration,
and/or any subsequent password reset and that you will be the only one using
your account. If your account details were ever to be used by someone else you
should inform us immediately or you will be a subject to our Malicious Users
Policy.
1. B) Photos
Photos as well as every other content uploaded by the members of the
community are a subject of applicable law to the account holder in question and
not of any other member that has liked or commented the same nor the owner,
his company and/or his employees no matter if they are paid or on voluntary
basis.
You understand that there is no need to upload duplicate content as it could be
seen as spamming the forums and you also agree that you will not upload any
photo or image that attacks in any manner, insults or advertises something to the
other users or user.
You also agree that WE have the total rights to remove any content without any
notice. If needed you might also be a subject of Reporting Policy.
You are aware and agree to not upload any pictures containing nudity nor that
you will ask for such from other users as per our No Nudity Allowed reasons
found at the bottom section of this document.
1. C) Contact Details
We do not allow to have any account details leading users to another community.
The reasons are many, but the most important one is your own protection.
We do our best to keep this community clean from any pedophiles and any other
predators that might be looking for young people. For this reason we do not
allow any sharing of any contact details where you and others would be taken
from this community where we have various safety systems in place to any other
community where a predator could be running their operations from.
Any account details being posted on feed are subject of immediate ban and
removal from our servers!
You agree that any account details shared over private messages are an
invitation to our staff to those messages and that they can do what they think is
best according to the contents of the message.
Any sharing of contact details of accounts on other platforms/communities can
lead to being a subject of Malicious Users Policy.
1. D) Content - Comments and posts
All content posted on the community, no matter what part of the system it is,
needs to be filled out in English language. It does not matter if it is Slang
English, US English, UK English, AU English, Canadian English and so on, but it
can not be in any other language as it can and (per personal judgment of
moderators) will be seen as an attempt to go around the system and will be
subject of ban and/or removal.
You agree that you will not be trying to 'break the system' by searching for a way
to outsmart any and all content filters we have or had in our use. You agree that
the filter could be only blocking some of your words, but that you can be a
subject of immediate as well as permanent ban, by our community staff
members or any and all automated systems.
You agree that you will not post any content in order to hurt someone in any way
nor that you will place your content in a form of advertisement of any kind,
accept to promote yourself on our community and your profile or position, also accepting and recognizing all TERMS giving them no power of choice against
any legal or internal procedures taken against them.
While we will do our best to report any such activities and even run internal
procedures to prevent and/or eliminate any problems, we can not be held
responsible in any manner for not being able to prevent any incidents.
6. Reporting a user Policy
This section explains how to report a user for misconduct. It is also a guide to
help keep you from making a mistake which will also get you in trouble for trying
to deal with it yourself.
If you have received a hurtful message or something that offends you, try to
ignore the message, by not responding. You may also block the user so that they
cannot contact you via private messaging. Since this blocking feature isn't yet
available (as of this writing) you cannot block a user from your mobile device.
In the event that there needs to be staff intervention (if we aren't already aware
of the situation) please inform the volunteer staff members or the following
official representatives through private chat. Official Representatives: BaneD
(System Administrator) and Reese Jenner (Owner and founder, of Teenage Chat)
7. No Nudity Allowed
This is a teenage community and as such you have the right to upload any
pictures of yourself that you think would be appropriate, but uploading nude
pictures, even of yourself can not be seen as an action that we can allow for the
following reasons:
1. Your data can be accessed by anyone, even from the internet, not only the
app. This allows anyone to see your photos if they are made public.
2. While we do our best to remove any malicious users, some do slip by and
we do not want them getting pictures of you and using them in any way
that you, your parents, various institutions or even law would not allow.
3. Pictures, once put on internet can sometimes never be removed and as
such could hunt you back later on.
4. While you would like to show your great looking body to people around you
and get some positive comment on it, it can be seen by people that you
know and that you see every day and as the same people could be giving
you a hard time because of that.
5. Everyone has at least one portable device which gives them the ability to
take your pictures anywhere they go showing them to much bigger number
of people then you thought would see.
8. Account Removal Policy
You can remove all of your pictures and account details from our website in its
fullest when ever you decide to not be a member of our community. (Edit
Account/Account Settings => cancel account)
If you are inactive for a certain time (3 months as of this writing) your pictures
and all other content could be removed from our servers by our automated
system. If you would like to stay a member and not to lose your account you
should log in and leave a post or a new image in order for the system to see your
account as operational.
Removal of any images or your account content on the servers cannot be
recovered after 6 days of removal, after the time period, it would be near
impossible which means that once removed, the content cannot be restored.
9. Conclusion
We will separate
key points
from this document here. These key points are not
to be taken in any way as a way to get around the system. These
key points
are
only intended to be used to remind yourself about the rules and not to be seen as
the absolute versions of the rules.

and nothing

We can and will edit/remove any content we find necessary

We can and will warn/edit/ban/remove any and all profiles/members that
we see as necessary without any specific order but based on the staff
decision on which action is best at that moment

Any staff members being attacked on any level and/or manner will be
resulting in having additional staff members going through the
chats/comment/pictures or any other type of content used for this action to
determine if the account
should not
be banned forever or if it should even
be removed.

If you as a user have a problem with any of the staff members you should
first report him/or her by sending a message to the colleagues of the same
rank. If this is not successful you can and should contact the senior staff
members or even the owner (you are friends with him as soon as you
become a member).

If you decide to terminate your account, you have all right to do so (please
check the Account Removal Policy #8).

Content you upload is held by Teenage Chat and marked as copyrighted,
but you are seen as the owner and the person responsible for it. The
content is copyrighted only in a sense that it is not to be downloaded or
used by anyone else.

Following the Account Removal Policy we have the rights to remove any
and all inactive accounts.

All communications will be screened by automated systems and if there are
indications of any forbidden activities these systems can and will take the necessary actions as seen fit. The same can also be reviewed by hand,
either looking directly at the database, database backups, directly through
some other systems (existing or added in the future) as a way to improve
the community and protect our users.
